Gift cards are delivered by email (no physical card mailed) after purchase and will contain a discount code with instructions to redeem. Gift cards can be used on all products on the website, but cannot be used to purchase another gift card.
If you don't receive your gift card in your inbox within an hour after purchase, please make sure to check your junk mail/spam. If you still have not received, please be sure to contact us.
Shipping cost is not included for virtual gift cards.

SHIPPING:
We currently offer flat rate shipping on all orders, and free shipping on orders over $120 (before tax & discounts).
Orders are processed within 3 business days, unless otherwise noted on the site. Once shipped, most orders arrive within 1–3 business days, depending on your location.
Summer Shipping Note:
To help protect heat-sensitive products, we avoid shipping on Fridays during the summer and typically ship Monday through Wednesday to prevent packages from sitting in hot warehouses or trucks over the weekend.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
We currently ship via UPS and USPS. Helpful Tip: Create a free account with either carrier to leave special delivery instructions (like “leave in shaded area” or “by side door”) to help protect your package—especially during warmer months.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
Due to the nature of our handmade, small-batch products, all sales are final.
We only accept returns/exchanges if the item is damaged/defective.
If your order arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 3 days of delivery and we’ll be happy to make it right.
To start a return, you can contact us at: contact@lewacandleco.com explaining the issue with photos.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
