Place one firestarter underneath your wood or logs before lighting. Do not hold the firestarter while lighting.

For best results, use with dry firewood and allow the firestarter to ignite the surrounding wood.

These firestarters are part of our final production batch. Once these scents are sold out, they will not be restocked.

SHIPPING:

We currently offer $9.80 flat rate shipping on all orders, and free shipping on orders over $75 (before tax & discounts).

Orders are processed within 3 business days, unless otherwise noted on the site. Once shipped, most orders arrive within 1–3 business days, depending on your location.

Summer Shipping Note:
To help protect heat-sensitive products, we avoid shipping on Fridays during the summer and typically ship Monday through Wednesday to prevent packages from sitting in hot warehouses or trucks over the weekend.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

We currently ship via UPS and USPS. Helpful Tip: Create a free account with either carrier to leave special delivery instructions (like “leave in shaded area” or “by side door”) to help protect your package—especially during warmer months.

RETURNS & REFUNDS:

We hope you love your LẸWA products, but we understand that sometimes things don't work out.

Because our products are handmade in small batches, we can accept returns on unused and unopened items in their original condition and packaging. Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

For returns that are not due to damage, defect, or an error on our part, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at [contact@lewacandleco.com] and include photos of the item and packaging. We'll be happy to make it right.

Bath & Body Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used body butters, bath bombs, and other personal-care products cannot be returned.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, contact us at [contact@lewacandleco.com] before sending your item back. Please include your order information and reason for the return.

If your return is accepted, we'll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll let you know whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
