Let’s be real! Trying to live clean in today’s world can feel overwhelming. You start learning about ingredients, and suddenly it’s like...“Wait… this is toxic too? That’s in EVERYTHING! What am I supposed to eat? What can I use? Do I need to live in a bubble?!”
Trust me, I’ve been there. I get it.
There was a time when I spiraled trying to swap out every single thing in my home. I was frustrated, exhausted, and honestly, a little scared. But over time, I learned one powerful thing:
It’s all about the baby steps.
Clean living isn’t about perfection, it’s about being intentional. I’m not perfect. I still have days where convenience wins or I forget to read a label. But I try to make healthy, informed choices every day because my health...and my family’s health...is worth it.
If you’re feeling stuck, do like me and try this: swap out one thing each month.That’s it! Just one. Maybe it’s your body wash this month. Next month, your candles. If that still feels like too much, give yourself two months per swap. Whatever pace works for you is the right pace.
This journey should feel empowering, not defeating.
Start small. Give yourself grace. And know that every little change adds up to something powerful.
